Custom Content for Kids, Toddlers and Infants – STARTER PACK (Best of 2025)

This year, you once again got a ton of content for children, toddlers, and infants by me, PowLuna – probably more than ever before. This post is a curated selection of the best CC from the year 2025 that I personally consider essential for any game that involves family gameplay.

For simplicity’s sake, I’ve combined everything into one all-in-one download that contains the content I use most often and that has also been well received by the community, and which I therefore truly believe every player should have in their game. It’s like an unofficial expansion pack made by PowLuna! So if you don’t have that much CC for the little ones in your game yet, then you’ve come to the right place!

From my experience, infants in The Sims 4 are very often dressed in their sleepwear during gameplay. That’s why having a variety of options is such a big advantage. The Penny Set is a beautifully patterned two-piece CC outfit that works perfectly as infant sleepwear, but also looks great as everyday clothing.
Both pieces are easy to mix and match with other CC and official items, allowing players to get the most value out of the set. This makes the Penny Set a flexible and practical choice for realistic infant gameplay and family-focused households.

3. Funky Patterns for Toddlers – Helene

The Helene Set quickly became a true fan favorite this year. The combination of a relaxed sweater and matching flared pants with a cute printed design really resonated with the community. And I completely agree – this outfit is perfect for energetic toddlers who love to run, play, and explore.
Its comfortable fit and casual style make it an ideal everyday outfit for family-focused gameplay in The Sims 4. A must-have CC set for players who enjoy realistic and playful toddler fashion.

4. Cute and Basic Summer Wear for Infants – Eloise

Bows are a design element many players absolutely love, and that’s exactly why I featured them in the Eloise Set. This adorable summer outfit includes a large decorative bow on the chest, perfectly matched with a sweet bow headband.
The bright colors and playful patterns give strong summer vibes, and I’ve already seen this outfit used in countless player screenshots. It’s a charming choice for warm weather and family storytelling gameplay.

5. Matching Pajamas for Toddlers and Infants – Sleep Tight

The Sleep Tight Pajama Set was originally released for children last year, but the community loved it so much that requests for more age groups followed quickly. And of course, those wishes were fulfilled!
The all-in-one download includes versions for toddlers, infants, children, and even adults, making it perfect for matching family pajamas. This set is ideal for realistic family households and adorable bedtime screenshots.

6. Cardigan and Boots for cool Kids – Rachel

Of course, this year wasn’t just about toddlers and infants – children also received their very own fashion highlights. The Rachel Set features a cool cardigan-and-skirt combination paired with edgy, rock-inspired boots.
This outfit is perfect for kids who are starting to develop their own sense of style and personality. It’s a great choice for players who enjoy storytelling and want their child Sims to stand out with a confident, modern look.

7. Summer Look for Infants – Felica

The Felica Set marks my very first attempt at creating completely custom shoes from scratch. The handmade sandals are paired with a matching summer dress to create a light and playful outfit for warm days.
While I’ve learned a lot since this first experiment, I still think these sandals hold up beautifully and the community clearly agreed! The Felica Set was very well received and remains a lovely option for casual summer gameplay.

8. Overalls, Caps and a Pouch for Kids – At the Playground

Designed especially for playful and energetic children, the At the Playground Set is the perfect choice for active Sims. With cute overalls, sporty caps, and a small crossbody pouch, this set captures a fun and youthful vibe.
The bright colors and cheerful patterns really stand out, and the many different motifs on the little bag allow every child Sim to express their unique personality. Ideal for playground scenes, everyday gameplay, and colorful screenshots.

9. Comfy Lounge Wear for Toddlers – Lazy Sunday

The Lazy Sunday Set is a special collaboration with the wonderful Ravensim, and I always enjoy working with her so much. Together, we created this relaxed and cozy clothing collection, perfect for calm family gameplay.
My part of the set includes six comfortable clothing items: a casual shirt, a cozy sweater, two pairs of leggings, a pair of sweatpants, and soft, comfy slippers. This set is ideal for laid-back days at home and realistic everyday outfits for family-focused households.

10. Cool Style for Infants – Benedict

Overalls are always a popular choice, and the ones from the Benedict Set are among my personal favorites. The denim overalls are paired with a cozy hoodie underneath, creating a stylish yet comfortable layered look.
To complete the outfit, the set includes simple sneakers and a beanie, both color-matched to the hoodie. This makes the Benedict Set a perfectly coordinated outfit for players who love casual and practical fashion.

11. Fun and Playful Infant Look – Carter

I absolutely love the Carter Set and use it all the time, even though it feels a bit underrated. The fabric overalls combined with a simple shirt underneath create an incredibly cute look, and I had so much fun designing the different color variations.
The matching hat is perfect for sunny days and adds an extra layer of charm to the outfit. Overall, this set is a lovely and well-balanced combination, ideal for everyday infant looks.

12. Sibling Pajamas for Kids and Toddlers – Sleepover

As you might have noticed, pajamas are always very popular, which is exactly why the Sleepover Set came to life. This collection is inspired by the sleepwear my siblings and I used to wear as children, giving it a nostalgic and cozy feel.
The spaghetti strap top can be combined with either shorts or cropped pants, offering flexible styling options. Suitable for both children and toddlers, this set is perfect for sleepovers and relaxed family moments.

13. Big Summer Dress Set for Kids – Summer Dresses

To match some toddler dresses I released over the past few years, this year I created the corresponding children’s versions in the Summer Dresses collection. Every dress in this set features bows in one way or another, which is exactly why I chose to group them together.
The all-in-one download also includes the toddler versions, making this set ideal for coordinated sibling outfits and warm summer family gameplay.

14. Comfy Combo for Infants – Jasper

The Jasper Set is another infant outfit that works perfectly as sleepwear but also looks great for everyday use. It includes a cozy knitted sweater paired with matching striped leggings for a simple and comfortable look.
This set focuses on softness and practicality, making it an excellent choice for realistic infant gameplay and relaxed family households.

15. Cute Outfit and Sandals for Toddlers – Mayra

To my surprise, the Mayra Set became incredibly popular within the community. I’m not entirely sure whether it’s the outfit itself or the shoes that players love so much, but either way, I’m extremely happy it’s so well received.
The shoes are once again fully custom-made, and they’re probably my favorite pair I created this year. I’m especially proud of how well they turned out, making the Mayra Set a standout choice for stylish and modern gameplay.

16. Toddler dresses for every occasion – Plaid Party

Toward the end of the year, I started giving some older classics from previous years a fresh new look. The Plaid Party Set is one of those updates, featuring four toddler dresses that were already loved by the community.
However, they didn’t fully match my original vision anymore. With everything I’ve learned over the years, I reworked and refined these dresses to truly make them shine. The result is a polished and modern update that still keeps the charm players loved.

17. HUGE Halloween Costumes Set for Kids, Toddlers AND Infants – Simblreen

The Halloween costumes I created over the past few years also deserved a complete refresh, which led to the creation of the Simblreen Set. I improved existing items and added brand-new assets to make the collection feel complete and cohesive.
One of the new highlights is a princess costume for toddlers, and overall, the set includes an impressive 45 assets. This makes it a perfect choice for Halloween gameplay, storytelling, and festive family screenshots.

18. Everyday Looks for Toddlers – All Hood

As the name suggests, the All Hood Set is all about hoodies. This collection includes every toddler hoodie I’ve released over the past few years, now refreshed with a full glow-up.
The updated versions reflect everything I’ve learned since their original release, offering improved textures and details. With styles suitable for both boys and girls, this set is a versatile essential for everyday toddler outfits and cozy family gameplay.

19. Infant Sleepwear and Pacifier – Melina

The Melina Set is a sweet little collection towards the end of the year. This infant CC set includes a cute two-piece outfit along with a matching pacifier, adding even more variety to an infant’s wardrobe.
The patterns are clearly baby-themed, making this set a lovely and practical addition for players who enjoy detailed and realistic infant gameplay.

20. Winter Jackets for Kids, Toddlers and Infants – Winter Jackets

To wrap things up, the Winterjacket Set adds warm and stylish jackets for children, toddlers, and infants. Originally created just for toddlers, the popular Billie and Nikita jackets were such a great fit that they’ve now been adapted for all these age groups.
In addition, the Nikita jacket received a visual update, making the set even more polished. This collection is perfect for winter gameplay, outdoor family scenes, and seasonal storytelling.
